Jay Cutler to Detroit Lions for both their 2009 1st Round Picks (that means the #1 overall pick), their 2009 2nd round pick, and their 2010 1st round pick……
Teams have given up more. Remember when the Saints traded away all their draft picks just to move up in the draft and get Ricky Williams. Seems funny now.
Anyway, that would be a lot to pass up and I’m sure the Lions would be willing to dish that out to finally have a franchise QB to match their BEAST WR, Calvin Johnson.
Then Denver could draft Stafford with the #1 overall pick and trade away another draft pick to get a QB to win games for them now. Sounds crazy, but it could work.

I don’t know but did Al Davis release javon walker yet? or is the cap penalty too high to do so? i don’t know but that deal turned out to be a big no-no. i would rather we pay torry holt a few mil to play for us and develop jamarcus so that we can start winning more games.
